Over the past 3 and half months or so I have been travelling around Europe – which you saw through my Interrail Diary posts – America, and Canada. Currently I am residing at home. I got back about a week ago now, and had a week to chill out after an extremely busy, but equally amazing three and a half months.
You have already seen the places I visited in Europe. In America, me and Hannah travelled from San Diego, to LA, to San Francisco over the space of two weeks. I will be writing blog posts for each of the places that I visited in the US; I have A LOT of photos to share from my time there.
After travelling in America, I continued onto Canada, going solo this time. I began in Vancouver, catching the ferry to Vancouver Island for a week, then heading west to Grimsby, Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. I stayed with family and family friends for the most part, but at other times stayed in hostels or used Air B&B. I will also be writing blog posts of my time in Canada, I was there for over a month so I fit a lot in!
You’ll have to forgive me for the delay, it’s hard to find time to write about your travels as you are travelling, but over the next few weeks expect many posts! I will also be doing a guide to interrailing, based on my experience, and what to pack for extended trips.
So, that’s what’s been going on with me for the past few months. I’d like to say it’s nice to be home, but after such an amazing experience, my itchy feet remain, and the bug for travelling has only grown. Until the next adventure… hopefully it won’t be long!
